When her coach asked her what she wished to focus on... Her decision making process or ability to communicate her decision better, she realised that she was actually quite confident with her process, after all, she was the one who made almost all major decisions at home.
What she needed to get better was to enhance the way she communicated her decisions, so that she could get better buy-on from her team and / or support from her bos.
TIP: When addressing a problem, ask yourself, "What do I really want to solve?" Don't get distracted by the symptoms.

Big Hairy Audicious Goals (BHAGs) fire up our ambition and imagination. But usually bigger goals mean bigger obstacles to deal with. Sometimes so big that we fail to even get started.
One easy way to ensure we not only get started but also stay on track is to add some SWAG to your BHAG.
So think - what is the smallest action you can take to move just one inch closer to your BHAG?
Remember, small actions taken daily will take you further than the loftiest of aspirations.
