The question we would urge you to dwell on is – what are you doing to make your efforts and value more visible?
Do you continually seek learning opportunities, show up for high visibility events, escalate issues before they become problems, offer solutions instead of merely highlighting problems, regularly update progress to your chain of command, highlight and celebrate wins and successes?
Remember being good is good, but not good enough… like the appearance of justice is important, so also, we need to be SEEN as good too.
