Each inividual will also have access to their Personal Dashboard to help them complete their assessment and unlock their F.I.R.S.T. 360 Leadership Profile, personalised reports and other related resources.
THE F.I.R.S.T. 360 LEADERSHIP PROFILE
The profile reveals how effectively each individual demonstrates their thought, people and results leadership such that they are seen as being Future-ready, Innovative, Relevant, Strategic and Trusted.
Once they and the (up to 10) observers nominated by them complete the online assessment, they will receive a personalised report. They can either view their report online or download it as a PDF document via their personalised dashboard.
The report will provide each individual with both an overview and detailed breakdown of how their leadership style is seen by their superiors, peers and team members. These insights will help them identify simple actions that they can take to demonstrate the F.I.R.S.T. competencies more powerfully and become an even more inspiriing leader and effective manager.

A personalised dashboard will be provided for the Team Manager who will have an overview of the entire feedback process for the team or organisation.

When you purchase the F.I.R.S.T. 360 Leadership Profile for a group from your organisation or team, you will be invited to:
1 Enter the number of profiles you wish to buy and also enter whether you would like to provide your group with the benefit of a group coaching session. (Each group coaching session can accomodate upto a maximum of 20 people.) Then proceed to checkout.
2 After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email at the address you have provided for your account. This email contains login instructions to your Team Manager Dashboard and how to create your SPONSOR ACCOUNT.
3As a Sponsor, you will have full access to the Team Manager Dashboard which will enable you to:
> Activate the profiling process for the leaders you want to benefit from this profile.
> Track self-assessment completion and which of their observers have yet to do so.
> Initiate automatic reminders to the Ratees and / or their Observers.
> View and download the completed reports of any leader you wish to.
4 Simply drop us an email if you wish to transfer the critical role of Sponsor to another person. Once the transfer is complete, the new sponsor will receive an email with their login details automatically. This usually take 48 hours.
5 You can now leverage the FI.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profiles to maximise your team's leadership perfomance as well as plan their learning journey to ensure they are always engaged, motivated and empowered to grow.
The F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile report will provide you agrregated details of which group (Superiors, Peers or Team members) gave you what feedback / scores. However, all individual scores (qualitiative and quantitative) is completely anonymous. This is done to encourage people to give you very honest and open feedback.

In fact the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile is an excellent way to measure your development and understand your leadership impact, as well as identify actions that you can take to demonstrate the most desireable Key Behaviours. That is why most organisations use it before and after any long-term leadership development intitiative, since it allows you to caliberate your learning journey.
Even otherwise, we recommend that every leaders leverages the power of the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile at least once every alternate year.
The assessment questions are comprehensive, but easy to answer since they are merely observations of your daily behaviours. It usually takes you (as the Ratee) about 25 minutes and each of your Observers approximately 15-25 minutes each to complete the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile.
