During group coaching participants are coached to move forward on their individual objectives and share collective wisdom to support and empower their group peers.

How It Works

When you reserve a group coaching session along with the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profiles for your group, you not only take advantage of a specially discounted price, you also:

1 Receive an email invite to schedule a 60-minute session with an executive coach. The group coaching can be conducted in-person in Singapore, or on any auto-visual platform of your chosing, such as Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.

2 The coach will help your group to review their F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile and interpret it in the most effective manner.

3 The coach will also help your group to identify actionable feedback, on which they can start working immediately, as well as help them evolve ways to track and measure their learning journey.

FAQs

Will the report reveal the individual scores and feedback submitted by each person?

The F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile report will provide you agrregated details of which group (Superiors, Peers or Team members) gave you what feedback / scores. However, all individual scores (qualitiative and quantitative) is completely anonymous. This is done to encourage people to give you very honest and open feedback.

Can I retake the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile?

Yes of course. In fact the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile is an excellent way to measure your development and understand your leadership impact, as well as identify actions that you can take to demonstrate the most desireable Key Behaviours. That is why most organisations use it before and after any long-term leadership development intitiative, since it allows you to caliberate your learning journey.

Even otherwise, we recommend that every leaders leverages the power of the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile at least once every alternate year.

How long does it take to complete the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile?

The assessment questions are comprehensive, but easy to answer since they are merely observations of your daily behaviours. It usually takes you (as the Ratee) about 25 minutes and each of your Observers approximately 15-25 minutes each to complete the F.I.R.S.T 360 Leadership Profile.

Can a pre-alignment session be arranged for the coachee, HR and the coachee's manager?

Yes, this can be arranged.

Are the costs for each leadership profile different for different levels of leaders? Example, between an assistant manager and a director?

The costs are standard across all levels of leaders.

What is the support that Influence Solutions will provide in terms of project management or administration.

Our focus when we designed this profiling tool is to simplify the project administration process for our clients.

As a sponsor of this project, you will again access to a Sponsor Dashboard. The Dashboard will:

1. Enable the sponsor to access the status of all ratees and their observers. You will also be able to access the detailed progress of all 360 profiles.

2. The sponsor can also activate email reinders to the ratees and their observers to progress the 360 profile and generate status reports to enable a smooth management of the project.
